Suchita Sharma

Suchita Sharma is a dedicated social worker with 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges. Currently serving as a State Trainer with the National Health Mission, she specializes in Maternal Health, Neonatal Health, Adolescent Health, Mental Health, and Child Welfare. With a Master’s degree in Social Work, she is committed to creating meaningful impact by offering compassionate care, practical solutions, and strong advocacy for those who need it most.

Over the years, Suchita has contributed her expertise to esteemed organizations such as Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and NCIS, where she played an active role in programs centered on mental health support, adolescent health, and community outreach. These experiences have shaped her holistic, client-centered approach and reinforced her belief in the power of connection, empowerment, and purposeful action.

Beyond her professional commitments, Suchita is also a regular B+ blood donor. For her, donating blood is a simple yet powerful way to give back and save lives—an extension of her lifelong commitment to service. Through both her career and personal efforts, she continues to strive toward making a positive and lasting difference in the lives of others.

Sangeeta Nandi

Sangeeta Nandi comes from a strong background in education and research. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi Literature, a Master’s degree in Economics, and a B.Ed. Her postgraduate research focused on “The Tendupatta Policy of the Government of Madhya Pradesh: With Reference to Shahdol District”, where she explored issues of rural development and employment opportunities for marginalized communities.

She has contributed significantly to the field of education through her long tenure as a teacher, while also pursuing her passion for gardening and plantation. Over time, when she observed the harmful impact of chemicals and pesticides in food, she realized that this was not just a personal concern but a social challenge. This realization inspired her to initiate the movement “Chemical-Free Food.”

Today, this initiative is not only an integral part of her personal life but also a strong step toward providing safe and healthy food for society.

Dr. Manisha Pandey

Dr. Manisha Pandey is an accomplished academic and development professional with more than 22 years of experience in rural development and livelihood enhancement, closely aligned with the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Her work spans institution building, skill development for rural youth, women’s entrepreneurship, and capacity building of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).

In her role as Director of the Livelihood Resource Centre at Rabindranath Tagore University, she has developed agriculture-based development models to strengthen rural entrepreneurship. She has led extensive training programs for FPOs across nearly all states of India, with a strong emphasis on forward linkages, value chain development, and supply chain integration.

Dr. Pandey has also contributed significantly to the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 through community-driven development initiatives, competency building, and skill upgradation programs. Under her leadership, the university has established a practical model of value chain and supply chain management that fosters rural innovation and entrepreneurship.

Gautam Nandi

Gautam Nandi is a seasoned professional with rich experience in management, liaison, and agri-business operations. He is valued for his strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.

Career Overview

Gautam has taken on key leadership responsibilities throughout his career. He founded and led the NGO Prathma for more than a decade, where he spearheaded awareness initiatives and large-scale community projects. He also served with the Jain Group, coordinating with farmers and handling government liaison for biomass-based power projects.

Recent Experience

For over 10 years, Gautam has been closely engaged in agri-business and farmer networks. At Samunnati Financial Intermediation and Services Pvt. Ltd., he played a significant role in developing an agriculture input platform that enabled farmers to access seeds, fertilizers, crop protection solutions, and other essential inputs directly at their farm gates. He has actively supported the growth of contract farming and organic cultivation ecosystems by delivering end-to-end solutions. In addition, he has focused on nurturing Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), a vital element for promoting sustainable agricultural development.

Skills and Education

Gautam holds an M.Com from Devi Ahilya Bai University and has completed formal training in computer applications. His expertise includes agricultural advisory, market linkages, team and manpower management, and building effective engagement with government officials and institutions.

Ajit Kumar Singh

Ajit Kumar Singh is a seasoned business leader with more than 24 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, channel management, and revenue growth. His career spans leadership roles in agriculture, commerce, finance, insurance, and investment, where he has consistently delivered transformation and sustainable growth.

He has held senior positions such as Director, President, and Consultant with leading organizations including the Samunnati Group, Raheja Solar Food Processing, and Reliance. In these roles, he has successfully driven innovative business models, built large-scale partnerships, and expanded operations across multiple Indian states. Recognized for turning around underperforming units, Ajit has led diverse teams to achieve profitability, strengthen institutional alliances, and establish new market channels.

Currently serving as President and Strategic Consultant for multiple agri-business and commerce enterprises, Ajit focuses on developing scalable business models, creating collaborative networks, and optimizing operations to ensure long-term sustainability.

With advanced degrees in Law and Management and ongoing doctoral research, Ajit combines academic insight with practical expertise. His core strengths include product development, financial management, team leadership, and policy advocacy.
